How do I inform my payee that I no longer want to receive bills electronically?

Step 1: Click on the name of the payee you would like to change.

Step 2: Click on Stop receiving this bill online in the eBill section of the Payee Details page and when you receive the confirmation message click OK.

Important Information: For Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Wells Fargo Credit Card, Wells Fargo Line of Credit, Wells Fargo Installment Loans, and Wells Fargo Education Financial Services payees, you will receive an immediate on-screen confirmation when the eBill deactivation is successful. The eBill Receiving Status will display "Activate eBills."

For all other payees, we will send a request to your payee to stop sending this bill electronically. Please allow up to 10 business days for this to take effect. The eBill Receipt Status will display "Pending Deactivation" until your payee acknowledges the request. You will continue to receive eBills during this period.
